Abstract
Iklima Devi Khumaida Khilmy (932509718).Lecturer Dr. Umar Faruq, S.Ag, M.Fil.I. And Nur Khamidah SS, M.Hum. Thesis title Analysis of students' difficulties in learning imla' in tutoring educational facilities Armada Gontor (SUARGO) Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Kediri State Institute of Islamic Religion, 2022. Keywords: imla', difficulty learning In the world of language learning, the ability to use language or "maharah al-lughah", all experts agree that language skills and proficiency are divided into four. Among them are listening skills (maharah al-istima'), speaking skills (maharah al-kalam), reading skills (maharah al-qira'ah), and writing skills (maharah al-kitabah). The listening and reading skills are categorized in receptive language skills. Meanwhile, speaking and writing skills are categorized as productive language skills. The approach and type of research used in this research is field research by conducting direct research in the field by conducting interviews or observations.The purpose of this research is to map the imlā' difficulties that occur in the Armada Gontor Educational Facility Tutoring (SUARGO) students, to describe the factors that cause imlā' difficulties that occur in the Gontor Fleet Educative Facility Tutoring (SUARGO), To describe the efforts to minimize the difficulties of imlā'. The results of interviews with students as the first research subject said that while learning to pay attention to the teacher, but his mind was not focused because he was thinking about playing. The results of interviews with the second subject student said that he did regular study at home. When the teacher explains the material he pays attention, his mind is focused. Meanwhile, the results of observations made by the researcher stated that during the teaching of dictation which took place in the previous class it was still not effective enough so that students paid attention to the teacher's explanation but they did not immediately understand. So that in this study a conclusion was obtained that there were problems that were often experienced by the participants namely the method used by the teacher in implementing the imla' method was less efficient so that students were still too difficult to adapt to this method.
