The experimental group was taught by using KWL strategy and the control group was taught by QRST (Question-Read-State-Test). To collect the data, pre-test and post-test were applied to experimental group and control group. The result of the test was analyzed by using ANCOVA through SPSS 25. After analyzing the data, it was found the significant value of the class is 0.02 which is lower than 0.05. Based on the result above, that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. It means that students were thought using KWL and without KWL has significant differences.
