Abstract
Selama pandemi Covid 19, kinerja guru terutama guru honorer dituntut tetap profesional. Menurut Gibson, kinerja dipengaruhi oleh tiga kelompok yang meliputi kelompok organisasi seperti gaji, kelompok individu seperti keterampilan teknologi informasi, dan kelompok psikologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah gaji memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk, apakah keterampilan teknologi informasi memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk, serta apakah gaji dan keterampilan teknologi informasi memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Responden penelitian yaitu 100 guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk. Analisis data diawali dengan uji asumsi yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Kemudian, analisis data dilanjutkan dengan uji regresi ganda dua prediktor yang terdiri dari uji F simultan dan uji t pasial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaji secara parsial tidak memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk. Hal tersebut dikarenakan gaji tidak menjadi sumber penghasilan utama. Di sisi lain, keterampilan teknologi informasi secara parsial memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan kontribusi 43,4%, serta gaji dan keterampilan teknologi informasi secara simultan memengaruhi kinerja guru SD Islam dan MI Swasta di Kecamatan Nganjuk Kabupaten Nganjuk dengan kontribusi 47,4%. During Covid 19 pandemic, the performance of teachers, especially honorary teachers, required to remain professional. According to Gibson, performance is influenced by three groups which include organizational groups such as salary, individual groups such as information technology skill, and psychological groups. This study aims to determine whether salary affects the performance of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI teachers in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency, whether information technology skill affects the performance of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI teachers in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency, and whether salary and information technology skill affect the performance of Islamic Elementary School teachers and Private MI in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto as the type of research. The research data was collected through questionnaires. The research respondents were 100 teachers of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. Data analysis begins with an assumption test consisting of normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Then, data analysis was continued with double regression test with two predictors consisting of simultaneous F test and partial t test.Results of this study indicate that salary partially does not affect the performance of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI teachers in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. This is because salary is not the main source of income. On the other hand, information technology skill partially affects the performance of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI teachers in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency with a contribution of 43,4%, and salaries and information technology skill simultaneously affect the performance of Islamic Elementary School and Private MI teachers in Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency with a contribution of 47,4%.
