Abstract

Classroom management is an important concern of every teachers, making effective setting classroom in schools holds students together and offers them opportunity to achieving their goals in learning process. There are several types of classes that are owned by the school, depending on what classes are provided by the school such as excellent classes, and regular classes. This research focuses on the management of English learning in excellent classes in MTsN 2 Kota Kediri. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection starting from studentinterview, and documentation. The purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation on teaching learning process conducted by English teacher of excellent class in MTsN 02 Kota Kediri 2021/2022 academic year. Subjekpenelitianiniberfokus pada guru-guru kelasunggulanMTsN 2 Kota Kediri. The results of the findings of the researchers the management of excellent classes in the teaching and learning process is divided into fifth. First is the basic objective of learning English in excellent classes, Second is organizing learning of excellent class, Third is the selection of learning materials, Fourth is Implementation of learning strategy and style, Fifth is excellent class program’s to support english learning, and Sixth is teacher making evaluating students’ competence
