Advisors (I) Dr. Ary Setya Budhi N., M.Pd. (II) Dr. Sri Wahyuni, M. Pd. Keywords : Merdeka Curriculum, Teacher, Perception The implementation of Merdeka Curriculum is very important to develop and will have an impact on teachers and students, so this research can be used as a consideration for schools to further improve the quality of education in schools, both in improving the competence of teachers and principals so that the Merdeka School program can run well and improving teachers' ability to develop learning according to the developmental stage and needs of students and efforts to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. The purpose of this study is to describe teachers' perceptions of Merdeka Curriculum Implementation based on previous studies. This study used systematic literature review (SLR) as a method to identify teachers' perceptions of the implementation of this curriculum. The samples of this study were 12 national journals. The results showed that teachers have a good enough perception of the implementation of Merdeka curriculum. The findings of the review show that teachers feel that they respond positively to the implementation, and the results of this thesis can improve school facilities for implementation and generate a positive response for English teachers to be more enthusiastic in teaching English.
