Abstract
Fitrotus salamah, 21205001 Supervisor Nila Lukmatus Syahidah, M.Pd.I, and Siska Yulia Weny, M.Ak, Madrasah Principal's Management Strategy in Improving Branding Through the Superclass Program at MTsN 1 Kediri City. Islamic Education Management Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri, 2025 Keywords: Madrasah Principal's Strategy, Madrasah Branding This study aims to describe and analyze the strategies implemented by madrasah principals in improving the branding of the Institution through the superclass program at MTsN 1 Kediri City. Madrasah branding is an important aspect in building a positive image of Educational Institutions amidst increasingly tight competition. The super class program is one of the innovations that is expected to attract public interest and improve the quality of education. This research was conducted at MTsN 1 Kediri City. This study aims to determine 1). Superclass Program Planning in Building Madrasah Branding at MTsN 1 Kediri City. 2). Implementation of Superclass Program in Building Madrasah Branding at MTsN 1 Kediri City. 3). Evaluation of Superclass Program in Building Madrasah Branding at MTsN 1 Kediri City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The data collection process is carried out using observation, interview and documentation methods. The sources in this study were the head of the madrasah and the head of the superclass program. Data analysis uses the Milles and Huberman model, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Data checking uses triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that 1). The planning stage begins with forming a special team to manage the super class program, determining the formulation of program goals and objectives, stakeholder involvement in super class program planning and planning the financing of the super class program for the next one year. 2). The implementation begins with the selection stage of prospective students with several special criteria, providing sophisticated and complete facilities, providing additional activities as an effort to improve the quality of graduates, providing appreciation for outstanding students and providing training to teachers and staff. 3). Evaluation is carried out as a periodic review of program performance and student learning development. The super class program has proven effective as an institutional branding tool that strengthens the position of MTsN 1 Kota Kediri as a superior and competitive Islamic educational institution.
