Abstract

School counsellors help every student improve academic achievement, personal, social development, and career planning. School counsellors are the main actors in the development of individuals in order to achieve the understanding and self-direction needed to make the maximum adjustment to schools, families and communities. The purpose of this research is to know the management of guidance and counselling service, the role of the school counsellor, and the result of guidance and counselling service in student career development at SMKN 1 Kediri, SMKN 2 Kediri, and SMKN 3 Kediri.
