Keywords: Teaching Speaking Strategy, The impact of strategies, Speaking skill, Mr Bob English Course In learning English, speaking is a component that must be owned by everyone in is modem era, whether they are majoring in English or not. However, in reality, many students from the English department are still not fluent in speaking English. From the problems faced, the researchers concluded that most of them did not have sufficient vocabulary, did not know how to pronounce English words properly and comectly, lacked knowledge of grammar, and could not respond to people's guestions appropriately From the problems above, the researcher concludes that there is an incorrect system n teaching speaking, and that system is related to the teaching strategy used. As a result, the researchers here investigate the teaching strategy and its impact on students' speaking skills in an English course called Mr Bob English Course in Kampung Inggris. This study employs a gualitative method, with a case study as the research design. The researcher chose a case study because the research must conducted the in-depth analysis with a focus on the object observed. The searchers observed the processes that occur in students while they are learning The researcher then analyzes the details of the information obtained on students who are used as research continues to obtain the desired resulis. The researcher obtained two findings from 10 days of observation, the first is the strategies used by the course, which were describing, discussing, drilling, role- playing, storytelling, oral presentation, and rapping. the second is The impact on students that overall positive. They could make significant progress, their vocabulary starts to grow, they begin to be able to pronounce English words comectly according to the dictionary, and they start to understand grammar. Not only that, and they can also start speaking English with confidence and comprehension. As a result, it is possible to conclude that the teaching strategy ha: a significant impact on student achievement.
