Abstract

ABSTRACT Pratiwi. A Diah, Supervisor Moch. Muwaffiqillah, M.Fil.I and Arisa Rahmawati Z, M.Sc.: Dynamics of Self-Control of E-commerce Users During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case study on IAIN Kediri students), Islamic Psychology, Ushuluddin IAIN Kediri, 2021. Keywords: Dynamics, self control, E-commerce This study aims to determine the dynamics of self-control of e-commerce users during the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what factors affect the self- control of e-commerce users during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. . The data obtained are in the form of primary and secondary data, the primary data obtained from the results of unstructured interviews. Meanwhile, to complete the primary data using observation and documentation techniques. Participants in this study involved four students from IAIN Kediri from different majors, namely two participants from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah, one from the Faculty of Tarbiyah, and one from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business. The results of the analysis show that the four subjects have good self-control. The four subjects were able to control behavior, cognitive and control decisions. The factors that influence e-commerce users during the Covid-19 pandemic in this study are internal and external factors. Internal factors include age, and will in him. While external factors include the family environment, economy and peers.
