Abstract
Teaching English at kindergarten school is not easy because it is still new for the students and they think that English is difficult and it does not important. Therefore, everychild have those problems arise at group B TK AL-ITTIHAD Tanjungkalang. The reseacher want to find way for the students’ kindergarten learn English with the easy way. Because the students at kindergarten like song and see a picture. So, the reseacher uses Phonics song video to solve the problem. Because Phonics song video is consists of song and picture. This research was Classroom Action Reaserch (CAR) which starts from preliminary study continued by planning, implementing of action, observation and data analysis and reflection. The subject of the study was group B TK AL-ITTIHAD Tanjungkalang, Ngronggot, Nganjuk that they are 22 students. The collection data was quizzes and individual work. Then, the data was analyzed based on the criterion of success. The criterion of success was at least 75 % the students could achieve the minimum of passing standard. Based on the school, the minimum of passing standard is three stars. The research conducted on two cycle. Before, the reseacher do preliminary study which found they are 10 students could achieve the minimum of passing standard, most of students did not involve during process of teaching learning. It means that only 45,4% students. The instructional procedure in this study was designed in four meeting in every cycle. The first meeting was focused on presenting the material and drilling the vocabulary as development vocabulary. The second meeting was focused on individual work as peer tutoring and can improve their abiliby by helping each other. The third meeting was focused on presenting the material and drilling the vocabulary. The fourth meeting was focused on individual work and giving reward for the best student. The succesful of teaching also affects the individual quiz’s improvements, in cycle I it is shown that 54,5% students achieve the pass minimum score. However, on the cycle II, 81,8% students could achieve the minimum score. The suggestion is effectives the model of Phonics song video in the process of teaching English subject to be implanted in their class to improve their students’ achievement. This way makes the students interesting to learn Engish.
