Abstract

Maya Dwi Puji Hastuti. Advisor: (I) Dr. Noer Hidayah, M.Si, (II) Dr. Iskandar Tsani, M.Ag,. "An Evaluation of Samas Costum festival (SCF) Activity towards Student Creativities in Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Puncu Kediri Regency". Thesis, Departement of Islamic Education Management of Tarbiyah, State Islamic Institute (IAIN). 2021. Key words: SCF Activity, The Student Creativity, CIPP Evaluation Model. The Samas Costum Festifal (SCF) activity at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu needs a good management in order to get quality products. Evaluation needs to be done so that the quality of SCF activities can be continuously controlled. The quality control should be implemented in stages and comperhensively from planning to the results of an activitiy, evaluation is closely related to management, evaluation is an activity that is continuous to assess, measure, determine whether planning is in accordance with the results achieved, with evaluation. It will find out whether SCF activity at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu is indeed successful program, or has not succeeded yet, after evaluation results has been known. This research uses an evaluative atudy approach. The object of this research is the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Puncu, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Deputy Head of Infrastructure, Teacher of art and culture, and student of SMA Negeri 1 Puncu which is in this case is taken from the documentation. The data collection techniques used by researchers in the from of observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data was collected, the researchers analyzed the data using data reduction techniques, data presentation and data inference, while the data validity checking techniques used by researchers were triangulation and persistence of observation. The results of the study show that: 1) The context component of SCF activity at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu is effective, the objectives and results are in accordance with the standard for implementing activities. SMA Negeri 1 Puncu saw a good opportunity related to the implementation of this SCF activity as an image branding. 2) The input components of SCF activity at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu has been effective, the input targets and the reality in the field are appropriate, consisting of human resources, infrastructure and funding, all of which have gone well, but there is an addition regarding the availability of cameras to support SCF activity which is still not enough. 3) The components of the SCF activity process at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu are effective, planning and implementation are good. The manufacturing process carried out by designing, designing, manufacturing, and displaying costumes made by themselves, fosters the creativity of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Puncu. 4) The output component of the SCF activity program at SMA Negeri 1 Puncu is effective, the objectives and results meet the standards that have been set, as evidenced by the results of the costumes produced, plus the costumes always attract buyers or rent to be used for other events. However, it is recommended to follow up on student work so that it is not only displayed in an event, it can be by adding means to market student products for SCF activity.
