Abstract

This study investigated the effectiveness of Baamboozle in improving fifth grade students’ vocabulary mastery at SDN Bulupasar. This research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving an experimental class and a control class. The data were collected through pre-test, post-test, and classroom observation. The findings in Chapter IV showed that the post-test significance value was 0.028 and the Wilcoxon test result was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Baamboozle significantly improved students’ vocabulary mastery. In addition, classroom observations revealed that students became more active, enthusiastic, and engaged during the learning process. Therefore, Baamboozle can be used as an interactive learning media to support vocabulary learning for elementary school students.
