Abstract

This study is motivated by the low listening comprehension skills among high school students, particularly at SMAN 3 Kota Kediri. Many students struggle to understand English conversations due to limited exposure to authentic spoken English and the continued use of traditional methods such as dictation. In response to this issue, the researcher formulated the following research question: Is the use of YouTube videos effective in teaching students' listening skills compared to conventional teaching methods?
