Abstract

Ag., dan Sunarno, S.Psi., MA, Sabar Perspektif Al-Ghazali Dalam Kitab Ihya’ ‘Ulumuddin dan Praktik Nyata Sikap Sabar Relawan Pengabdian Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri (Studi Kasus PAUD KB An-Nisak, Kota Kediri), Skripsi, Program Studi Tasawuf dan Psikoterapi, Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Dakwah, Universitas Islam Negeri Syekh Wasil Kediri, 2025. Kata Kunci: Sabar, Perspektif Al-Ghazali, Relawan Pengabdian Bunda PAUD Hakikat sabar perspektif Al-Ghazali tersusun dari ilmu, hal ihwal (kondisi) dan amal pebuatan yang menunjukkan sabar dalam diri seseorang.Beliau juga mengartikan sabar sebagai keteguhan hati dalam menjalankan ketentuan agama guna menghadapi dorongan nafsu. Fokus penelitian ini yang pertama, bagaimana praktik nyata sikap sabar relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri dan bagaimana praktik sabar relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri ditinjau dari perspektif Al-Ghazali. Adapun tujuannya agar mengetahui bagaimana praktik nyata sikap sabar relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri dan yang kedua agar mengetahui praktik sabar relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD ditinjau menggunakan perspektif Al-Ghazali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah demisioner pengurus PK IPPNU UIN Kediri, Ketua Pengelola PAUD KB An-Nisak,dan subjek penelitian ini adalah para relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan cara direduksi, dipaparkan dan disimpulkan temuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa sikap sabar jiwa relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD tercermin dari usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengendalikan dorongan nafsu dan emosi negatif seperti ketahanan diri dalam meregulasi emosi dengan berdzikir, istighfar, dan wirid untuk menenangkan diri. Mempunyai niat ikhlas untuk mengabdi. Kemudian praktik sabar relawan secara badaniah adalah tetap tersenyum, tidak membentak, telaten dalam mengabdi, mengalihkan perhatian anak agar tidak rewel. Maka praktik nyata sikap sabar relawan pengabdian Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri sesuai dengan perspektif al-Ghazali sebab sabar yang dilakukan meliputi 3 aspek kesabaran yakni al-‘ilm, hal ahwal dan amal. Keywords: Patience, Al-Ghazali’s Perspective, PAUD Volunteer Mothers The essence of patience from Al-Ghazali’s perspective is composed of knowledge, circumstances (conditions), and actions that demonstrate patience within an individual. He also defines patience as the steadfastness of the heart in adhering to religious precepts to resist the impulses of desire. The first focus of this study is how the practical application of patience is manifested in the volunteer service of Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri, and how the practice of patience in the volunteer service of Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Syekh Wasil Kediri is viewed from Al-Ghazali's perspective. The objectives are to understand the actual practice of patience among volunteers of the Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri service program and, secondly, to understand the practice of patience among volunteers of the Bunda PAUD service program as viewed through the perspective of Al-Ghazali. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants were former PK IPPNU UIN Kediri executives, the Head of PAUD KB An-Nisak, and the research subjects were the Bunda PAUD volunteers. The collected data were analyzed by reducing, presenting, and concluding the findings from the research conducted. The results of the study allow the author to conclude that the patient attitude of the Bunda PAUD volunteer service is reflected in their efforts to control impulses and negative emotions, such as self-control in regulating emotions through dzikir, istighfar, and wirid to calm themselves. They have a sincere intention to serve. Then, the physical practice of patience by volunteers is to keep smiling, not yelling, being diligent in serving, and diverting the children's attention so they don't get fussy. So, the real practice of patience by Bunda PAUD PK IPNU IPPNU UIN Kediri volunteers is in line with al-Ghazali's perspective because the patience they practice covers three aspects of patience, namely al-'ilm, hal ahwal, and amal.
