The design of this study is classroom action research. It is called Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study phase covers two cycles using the teaching module as a tool in the teaching learning process. The researchers focused class action research on class XI language MIPA 3. This study conducted in MAN 1 Nganjuk which is located at Jl. KH. Abdul Fattah, Ds. Nglawak, Kec. Kertosono, Kab. Nganjuk Jawa Timur. The research subject are 34 students at class XI MIPA 3. The researcher identified a range of student performance in a test, with 29% in excellent, 47% in good, 15% in average, and 9% in excellent. The first cycle test showed students scoring 1 student (2.9%), 14.7% with good scores, 8.8% with sufficient scores, and 73.5% with less than 25 students. The second cycle test showed very good scores (8.8%), 11 students (32.2%) with good scores, 8.8% with sufficient scores, and 2.9% with less than 1 student. The study found that group discussions positively improved students' speaking abilities by allowing them to share thoughts and responses, fostering confidence and developing critical thinking skills. However, some students struggled, indicating the need for teachers to provide performance feedback and assistance to promote this technique.
