Abstract

Kurikulum pendidikan Agama Islam dari masa ke masa mengalami perubahan seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan kebutuhan dari peserta didik. Kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka belajar menjadi pilihan keputusan kemendigbud dalam upaya pemulihan pasca pandemi covid 19. Problematika muncul di saat pengaplikasian pembelajarannya masih terdapat kekurangan dari berbagai pihak di lingkup pendidikan. Upaya demi upaya dilaksanakan demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan harapan bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa (1) Perencanaan kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka belajar SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri dan SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, (2) Penerapan kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri dan SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, (3) Kendala dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka belajar SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri dan SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, dan (4) Pendukung dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka belajar SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri dan SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan 3 tahapan, antara lain: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan dan kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan 4 kriteria, antara lain: uji kredibilitas/ kepercayaan, pengujian transferability/ keteralihan, pengujian dependability/ kebergantungan, dan pengujian konfirmability/ kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan kurikulum 2013 dan Meredeka Belajar SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri dan SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri masih ada kekurangan dalam segi pemenuhan perangkat pembelajaran seperti RPP, (2) Pelaksanaan sudah baik bahkan tergolong dalam kategori sudah terlaksana dan berkembang sebagaimana mestinya, (3) Kendala meliputi perangkat pembelajaran yang belum memadai, masih ada siswa yang belum memahami pelajaran secara maksimal dan kurang fokus ke pembenahan akhlak siswa. Hal itu dapat diminimalisir dengan memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilan dengan mengikuti berbagai workshop baik online maupun offline serta memaksimalkan Pengisian Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) yang selama ini pendidik belum tuntaskan pengisiannya; Sharing kepada sesama pendidik yang sudah ahli; Serta Mengamati, menelaah serta mengaplikasikan metode dan strategi yang sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik, (4) Pendukung implementasi kurikulum 2013 dan merdeka meliputi aspek sebagian peserta didik yang aktif dalam pembelajaran, pendidik yang mumpuni serta lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung aspek religiustas peserta didik dengan kegiatan keagamaan dan ekstrakurikuler. The Islamic religious education curriculum from time to time has changed along with the times and the needs of students. The 2013 curriculum and independent learning are the choices made by the Ministry of Education and Culture in post-pandemic recovery efforts. Problems arise when the application of learning is lacking from various parties in the educational sphere. Effort after effort is carried out in order to achieve learning objectives that are in accordance with shared expectations. This study aims to analyze (1) 2013 curriculum planning and independent learning at SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri and SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, (2) Implementation of the 2013 curriculum and merdeka SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri and SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, (3) Obstacles in implementing the 2013 curriculum and learning independence at SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri and SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri, and (4) Supporters in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum and learning independence at SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri and SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri. This research uses a qualitative research type of multi-site study. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model with 3 stages, including: data reduction, data presentation, drawing and conclusions/verification. Data validity uses 4 criteria, including: credibility/trust test, transferability/transferability test, dependability/dependency test, and confirmability/certainty test. The results of the study show that (1) 2013 curriculum planning and Learning Independence at SDN Mojoroto 1 Kediri and SDN Sukorame 2 Kediri still have deficiencies in terms of fulfilling learning tools such as lesson plans, (2) The implementation is good and even belongs to the category that has been implemented and is developing as it should, (3) Obstacles include inadequate learning tools, there are still students who do not fully understand lessons and do not focus enough on improving student morals. This can be minimized by expanding knowledge and skills by participating in various workshops both online and offline as well as maximizing the filling out of the Freedom of Teaching Platform (PMM), which so far educators have not completed filling out; Sharing with fellow educators who are experts; As well as observing, studying and applying methods and strategies that are in accordance with the abilities of students, (4) Supporting the implementation of the 2013 and independent curricula includes aspects of some students who are active in learning, qualified educators and a school environment that supports the religious aspects of students with religious activities and extracurricular.
