Abstract

ABSTRAK FINISWATIN, 2022. Evaluasi Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Program SKS dengan Model Logic di SMAN 1 Nganjuk, Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Pasca Sarjana, IAIN Kediri, Dosen Pembimbing : 1.Dr. Mukhammad Abdullah, M.Ag. 2. Dr. Hj. Mu’awanah, M.Pd. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program, Sistem Kredit Semester, Logic Model. Pendidikan pada landasannya adalah aspek analisis yang bertabiat bergerak maju karena seiring dengan kemajuan peradaban serta teknologi yang berkembang pesat. Dalam ini peneliti ini memiliki konteks penelitian terhadap penerapan kurikulum 2013 berbasis SKS yang sedang berlangsung saat ini diklaim belum maksimal dalam menyampaikan dimensi kedemokratisan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam aspek kempetensi, ketrampilan, bakat, dan minat. Dengan landasan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi program sistem kredit semester yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis intelegensi dengan menggunakan evaluasi program model logika atau logic model yang terdiri dari tahapan input, activity, output, and outcome dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualtatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan model yang digambarkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data (data collection), mereduksi data (data reduction), pemaparan data (data display), menyimpulkan data (conclusions). Uji validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Input kurikulum 2013 program SKS meliputi rencana pelaksanaan, mekanisme pelaksanaan, pendidik (guru), peserta didik (siswa), pembiayaan,sarana prasarana, dan jadwal sudah cukup memadai namun masih banyak intrumen tentang kelengkapan program SKS yang harus disempurnakan 2) Activites (proses kegiatan) kurikulum program SKS telah dilaksanakan sesuai rencana program tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala, namun sudah ada proses revisi agar lebih sesuai dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan SKS 3) Output (keluaran) kurikulum program sudah sesuai dengan tujuan awal program yaitu memfasilitasi peserta didik dengan kategori Cerdas Istimewa (CI) atau mempunyai kemampuan akademik yang lebih baik dibanding dengan siswa lain agar dapat menyelesaikan masa studinya di sekolah menengah selama 2 tahun berdasarkan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) yang diperoleh siswa tersebut. 4) Outcome (dampak) kurikulum program SKS adalah bisa berupa dampak jangka pendek dan jangka panjang ,dampak jangka pendek akan meningkatkan karakter siswa untuk lebih disiplin ,bertanggung jawab dan berkompetisi, sedangkan dampak jangka panjang bagi sekolah meningkatkan citra baik sekolah karena peserta didik yang menempuh program SKS, nilai rata-rata akademiknya lebih lebih tinggi dibanding peserta didik program reguler. 9 Abstract FINISWATIN, 2022. Dr. Hj. Mu’awanah, M.Pd. Keywords : Evaluation program, Semester Credit System, Logic Model. Education is basically an analytical aspect that is characterized by moving forward because it is in line with the progress of civilization and rapidly developing technology. In this case, the researcher has a research context on the ongoing implementation of the 2013 credit-based curriculum which is currently claimed to have not been maximal in conveying the democratic dimensions of increasing students' abilities in aspects of competence, skills, talents, and interests. With the basic objective of evaluating the semester credit system program implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Nganjuk. This type of research is intelligence analysis by using a logic model program evaluation or logic model consisting of (Input, Process, Product, and Outcome) using a qualitative descriptive approachment. The data collection technique used in this research is by using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis using the model described by Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data exposure, and data conclusion. The data validation test used triangulation of data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The 2013 curriculum input for the SKS program includes an implementation plan, implementation mechanism, teachers, students, financing, infrastructure, and schedules is sufficient but there are still many instruments regarding completeness of the SKS program that must be perfected 2) Activities of the SKS program curriculum in terms of the process has been carried our according to the program although there are still some obstacles, but it has been trying to be revides and improve during the process so that the implementation is better and does not interfere during the process 3) Output the SKS program curriculum is in accordance with the initial goal of the program, which is to facilitate students with the Cerdas Istimewa (CI) category or having better academic abilities than other students in order to complete their study in high school for 2 years based on the Grade Point Average (GPA) obtained by the students, 4) Outcome of the SKS program curriculum can be in short-term and long�term impacts. The short-term impact will improve the character of students to be more disciplined, responsible and competitive, while the long-term impact on the school improves the good image because students who take the SKS program, their academic average scores are higher than regular program students
