The research analyzes the culturally bound aspects of the Javanese cultures found in the “Java Heat” movie. This research uses qualitative descriptive method in which the researcher focuses on the description of the data found. Moreover, this research also needs many references and an investigator that is an expert on the Javanese culture to help the researcher in analyzing the data. The result of the research shows that the Javanese culture bound found in the “Java Heat” movie consists of clothes and the accessories, the Javanese kinesics as the Javanese etiquette, Borobudur Temple, and Wayang. The Javanese cultural bound found represents the philosophy of life and the position of the wearer in the society. Thus, the movie exposes the culture correctly and this can really represent the Javanese culture well. Overall, the researcher suggests that this research can really help people learn the Javanese culture to understand well using a fun media, which is the movie. The researcher also suggests that the Javanese can understand their own culture and keep their culture not to disappear. Thus, the Javanese culture can be known all over the world and is useful for giving the philosophy of life to reach the perfection of life.
