Abstract

Kata Kunci : Guru PAI, Problematika Akhlak, Pembinaan Akhlak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan akhlak di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar menjadi perhatian serius dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya terkait perilaku seperti kurangnya rasa hormat kepada guru dan orang tua, perilaku agresif, berkata kasar, rendahnya kedisiplinan, kecanduan gadget, serta lemahnya kesadaran beribadah. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran sentral dalam membina akhlak siswa, tidak hanya melalui penyampaian materi keagamaan, tetapi juga dengan memberikan keteladanan dan pembinaan karakter sesuai nilai-nilai Islam. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana problematika akhlak siswa di SDN Pule 2 Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri? dan (2) Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi timbulnya masalah pada akhlak siswa SDN Pule 2 Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri? (3) Bagaimana upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi problematika akhlak siswa di SDN Pule 2? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah guru PAI, kepala sekolah, guru kelas, wali murid, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji melalui teknik triangulasi sumber atau data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Problematika akhlak siswa di SDN Pule 2 disebabkan oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal, antara lain pengaruh negatif media sosial, kurangnya pengawasan orang tua, lingkungan pergaulan yang tidak kondusif, serta lemahnya motivasi spiritual. (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi permasalahan akhlak siswa di SDN Pule 2 antara lain adalah adat kebiasaan keluarga dan masyarakat, pembawaan naluriyah atau sifat bawaan, pendidikan di rumah dan sekolah, lingkungan pergaulan, serta pengaruh media sosial. (3) Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengatasi problematika akhlak siswa SDN Pule 2 yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai langkah pembinaan akhlak, melalui contoh teladan, pemberian nasihat, memberikan perhatian khusus, membiasakan berperilaku baik dan memberikan hukuman. This research is motivated by the moral problems among elementary school students, which have become a serious concern in the field of education, particularly regarding behaviors such as lack of respect for teachers and parents, aggressive behavior, the use of harsh language, low discipline, gadget addiction, and weak worship awareness. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers play a central role in shaping students' character, not only through the delivery of religious material but also by providing role models and character development based on Islamic values. The research problems in this study are: (1) What are the moral problems faced by students at SDN Pule 2, Kandat District, Kediri Regency? (2) What factors influence the emergence of moral problems among students at SDN Pule 2, Kandat District, Kediri Regency? (3) How are the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming the moral problems of students at SDN Pule 2? This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are Islamic Religious Education teachers, the school principal, classroom teachers, parents, and students. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, which involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is tested using source or data triangulation techniques. The results show that: (1) The moral problems of students at SDN Pule 2 are caused by both internal and external factors, including the negative influence of social media, lack of parental supervision, an unsupportive peer environment, and weak spiritual motivation. (2) The factors influencing the students' moral problems at SDN Pule 2 include family and community customs, innate characteristics or natural tendencies, education at home and school, social environment, and the influence of social media. (3) The efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers to overcome the students' moral problems at SDN Pule 2 include various character development measures, such as being role models, providing advice, giving special attention, habituating good behavior, and applying disciplinary actions.
