Abstract
Abstract: This research focused on analysis of teachers’ classroom management in teaching english at MTsN 3 Kediri. This research aims to identify the determine the process by which English teachers implement effective classroom management for class VII students at MtsN 3 Kediri 2023/2024. Effective classroom management increases student engagement, reduces destructive behavior, and benefits students' learning time. In such circumstances, the teacher as a human component has a large role in controlling classroom management which determines the success of the learning process. The research methodology is a descriptive qualitative method. The result showed that the implementations of classroom management there are 6 aspects: arrangement students' areas of responsibility in the classroom, Arrangement the effectiveness of teacher management in the classroom, Teacher strategies in managing the class in the teaching process, Aspects implementation of discipline, Aspects of factors inhibiting class management and Aspects of facility settings. The teacher applies classroom management to students in teaching English. The teacher make application of classroom management uses varied pluralistic methods and utilization of available facilities in learning English in the classroom and correlates the provisions of the applicable curriculum.
