Abstract

This research, the researcher discusses about the implementation of 2013 curriculum in teaching and learning English at seventh grade of MTs ma’arif Udanawu Blitar above. The researcher finds some points to conclude the research, those are: 1. Teacher Preparation Syllabus and RPP are one of teacher preparation before they teach their students. English teacher does not have syllabus and RRP in every meeting, weeks, and month well. English teacher hs to bring the learning media at leat can use the media around them. teacher can not operate learning media to teach their students. English teacher does not use facilities as LCD projector, mini library, computer, language laboratory, WIFI, and etc. 2. Teacher’s way of teaching In teaching process teacher has to follow lesson plan their made. It because in leson plan available 5m (mengamati, mempertanyakan ,mengeksplorasi ,mengasosiasi, mengkomunikasikan) and also the time signal. It may become teacher’s refernces during the class. In observe activities English teacher give motivation, than English teacher give information presentation about expressions. Students practice and give feedback and the last teacher give embedded tests. To give students understanding easily, teachers usually use dialog, discussion, any kinds of method and use learning media to make gifted and talented students interested. 3. Evaluation English teacher uses formative and summative test. They are writing test for final test, performance assessment for every meeting, and result evaluation. Besides, English teacher uses affective column value to give a value for students during the class.
