Abstract

Vocabulary is one of English sub skills that must be taught to the students because vocabulary has an important role for all language skills. The principle of learning and teaching vocabulary But there are many theories about the learning process of vocabulary written, still a matter of memory.CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) learning proccess using software and wider adoption of technology. Wondershare Quiz Creator is kind of one apllication can we use to learning, supported by practitioners and also negative attitudes by teachers and students. It also gives teachers an opportunity to develop activities in the form of interesting tasks on familiar subjects. The objectives of this research is to improve students‟ vocabulary mastery at the SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri in the academic year 2019/ 2020. The design of the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) and was conducted in one cycle that consisted of four steps: plan, action, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted at SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri in August 2019. The subjects of this research were the tent grade students at class ATK 1 of SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri that consists of 31 students. The data was collected by using test. These data was analysed using percentage of the total of students‟ who can pass the test to see the improvement of pre-cycle test and cycle-test and to get a conclusion as the result of this research. The researcher makes an agreement that students‟ achievement improves if at least there are 83% of students who get score at least 75 and the average score is at least 75. The research finding shows that, there were 16 students (51.61%) who got a score of at least above 75. Meanwhile, in the cycle test, there were 26 students (83,87%) got success. The result has fulfil the criteria of success. So, improving vocabulary mastery using Wondersahre Quiz Creator of classroom action research that have been applied at tent grade of SMK Pawytan Daha 1 Kediri was successful.
