Abstract
ABSTRAK SURENI, 2023, Manajemen Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) di Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bina Insan Mandiri, Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Pascasarjana, IAIN Kediri, Dosen Pembimbing: 1. Prof. Dr. Hj. Munifah, M.Pd. 2. Dr. Hj. Mu’awanah, M.Pd Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan, Manajemen, Sekolah Penggerak, SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan tahapan pengaturan bersifat sistematis yang dijalankan pada pengelolaan kurikulum sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan kurikulum. Manajemen Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) merupakan implementasi kurikulum merdeka yang mengusung konsep berciri khas Penguatan Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan tema yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik satuan pendidikan. SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron merupakan salah satu lembaga yang terdaftar pada program Sekolah Penggerak (SP) angkatan kedua, dan sekolah memiliki karakteristik sekolah boarding school. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengangkat Manajemen Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) di Sekolah Penggerak SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. Adapun fokus penelitian yakni bagaimana perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan evaluasi kurikulum operasional satuan pendidikan di sekolah penggerak SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron pada September 2022 sampai Maret 2023. Dengan subyek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, para tenaga pendidik, dan siswa kelas VII SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni model Mile dan Hubberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan kurikulum operasional satuan pendidikan yang menjadi catatan perbaikan adalah peserta didik belum begitu memaknai penguatan visi dan misi sekolah penggerak, sehingga sekolah perlu memberikan upaya lebih masif dalam menginternalisasi penguatan visi dan misi sekolah kepada peserta didik, berikutnya kurangnya keterlibatan beberapa anggota komite pembelajar sebagai pengembang kurikulum dalam proses perencanaan kurikulum, sehingga perlu diupayakan keaktifan dan kontribusi komite pembelajaran dalam proses penyusunan kurikulum operasional satuan pendidikan, 2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum mencakup aspek sosialisasi kurikulum dan pelaksanaan kurikulum menunjukkan hasil yang baik karena sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan, 3) Evaluasi kurikulum yang menjadi catatan pada pengembangan implementasi kurikulum sebab belum sampai pada tahap penilaian kenaikan kelas ataupun kelulusan, sehingga belum dapat diukur secara utuh dan komprehensif. Curriculum management is a systematic regulatory stage that is carried out in managing the school curriculum in order to achieve curriculum goals. Education Unit Operational Curriculum Management (KOSP) is the implementation of an independent curriculum that carries the concept of Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) with theme adapted to the characteristics of the educational unit. SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron is one of the institutions enrolled in the second batch of the Driving School Program (SP), and the school has the characteristics of a boarding school. Therefore, this study has the objective of raising the Education Unit Operational Curriculum Management (KOSP) in the Driving School of SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. The focus of the research is on how to plan the curriculum, implement the curriculum, and evaluate the operational curriculum of the educational unit in the driving school for SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. This study used a qualitative approach with observational data collection methods, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron from September 2022 to March 2023. The research subjects included school principals, teaching staff, and class VII students at SMP Bina Insan Mandiri Baron. The data analysis used is the Mile and Hubberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The results of the study showed that: 1) The implementation of the educational unit's operational curriculum, which is a note for improvement is that students do not really strengthening the school's vision and mission, so schools need to make more massive efforts to strengthening internalize the school's vision and mission, then the lack of participation in the curriculum preparation process of some members of the learning committee as curriculum developers, so it is necessary to strive for the activeness and contribution of the learning committee in the process of preparing the operational curriculum for educational units, 2) Implementation of the curriculum includes aspects of curriculum socialization, and curriculum implementation shows good results because it is in accordance with what has been planned, 3) Evaluation of the curriculum which is a record in the development of curriculum implementation because it has not yet reached the stage of grade promotion or graduation assessment, so it cannot be measured fully and comprehensively.
