Abstract
Sabilu Taubah is a religious study group led by Muhamad Iqdam Kholid (Gus Iqdam) that provides a platform for marginalized communities to repent and learn about Islam. He is one of the young preachers in Blitar Regency. Through effective strategies, Gus Iqdam has successfully embraced, united, and encouraged marginalized individuals to repent and understand Islam. To date, Gus Iqdam's congregation includes a diverse range of people from all walks of life, including marginalized communities (punks, motorcycle gangs, alcohol enthusiasts), university students, high school students, and other general members of society. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection involved direct field observation and various articles as secondary sources. The theoretical framework applied is Littlejohn's Communication Strategy, based on Burke's methodology as The Dramatistic Pentad. The findings of this research include: 1) Da'wah strategy is essential for delivering religious teachings clearly and appropriately for the congregation. This is exemplified by Gus Iqdam, who employs a relaxed and contemporary approach, considering his congregation consists of young people and marginalized individuals who previously lived by their own rules. 2) The variety of marginalized people attending Majlis Sabilu Taubah is extensive, including punks, motorcycle gang members, and individuals who enjoy alcohol, all gathered together in the Sabilu Taubah religious study group. 3) In practice, the community understands the teachings provided, and some also apply them directly in their lives, especially in consistently engaging in religious study wherever and whenever possible.
