Abstract
Abstract This research explains the instillation of ‘iffah values in the PMII cadre formation process in the Abraham Rayon Commissariat of Sunan Ampel Kediri for the 2022-2023 period. The focus of the research is on 1) the implementation of instilling ‘iffah values in the PMII cadre formation process in the Abraham Rayon Commissariat of Sunan Ampel Kediri for the 2022-2023 period, 2) the impact of instilling ‘iffah values on PMII cadres of the Rayon Abraham Commissariat of Sunan Ampel Kediri, as well as 3) supporting and inhibiting factors for the cultivation of ‘iffah values. This research uses a qualitative field research approach. The data obtained in preparing this research was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research uses Al-Ghazali's theory of the formation of akhlakul karimah which reviews ‘iffah as the main point of forming akhlakul karimah by balancing the power of reason and lust, so that the behavior of members with akhlakul karimah can be realized. The results of this research show the efforts made by the Abraham Rayon management to its members through planned work programs as well as mentoring and coaching using learning, habituation and example methods that are able to encourage the growth and development of good habits that are internalized by the cadres. 1) The formal, informal and non-formal cadre formation process carried out shows that there is an instillation of ‘iffah values in the Abraham Commissariat Sunan Ampel Kediri rayon. 2) there is a significant impact of change, namely the embedding of ‘Iffah values in the behavior of cadres. However, the process of instilling 'iffah values carried out by the Abraham Rayon administrators found a shortcoming, namely that the rayon program was quite busy so that some members were less able to manage their time which resulted in cadres who were less active and disciplined in attending lectures. 3) The supporting factors for the implementation of 'iffah values in Abraham Rayon are the intensive active involvement of management in providing encouragement, advice, motivation and monitoring. On the other hand, there are inhibiting factors which are divided into internal factors, namely obstacles from the work program which is quite busy so that it disturbs the concentration of the cadres' lectures and external factors, namely the influence of friends who are not residents of Abraham Rayon and the challenges of modern progress. Abstrak Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah dalam proses kaderisasi PMII di Rayon Abraham Komisariat Sunan Ampel Kediri Periode 2022-2023. Adapun fokus penelitian tertuju pada 1) pelaksanaan penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah dalam proses kaderisasi PMII di Rayon Abraham Komisariat Sunan Ampel Kediri Periode 2022-2023, 2) dampak penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah terhadap kader PMII Rayon Abraham Komisariat Sunan Ampel Kediri, serta 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat berjalannya penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penyusunan penelitian ini didapatkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pembentukan akhlakul karimah dari Al-Ghazali yang mengulas ‘iffah sebagai pokok pembentukan akhlakul karimah dengan menyeimbangkan kekuatan akal dan hawa nafsu, agar terwujud perilaku anggota yang berakhlakul karimah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Rayon Abraham kepada anggotanya melalui program kerja yang di rencanakan serta pendampingan dan pembinaan dengan metode pembelajaran, pembiasaan dan keteladanan yang mampu mendorong tumbuh kembangnya kebiasaan baik yang ter-internalisasi oleh kader. 1) Proses kaderisasi formal, informal dan non formal yang dilakukan menunjukan adanya penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah di rayon Abraham Komisariat Sunan Ampel Kediri. 2) terdapat dampak perubahan yang cukup signifikan yakni tertanamnya nilai-nilai ‘Iffah pada tingkah laku kader. Akan tetapi, berjalannya penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Rayon Abraham mendapati kekurangan yakni program rayon yang cukup padat sehingga beberapa anggota kurang mampu untuk memanajemen waktu yang mengakibatkan adanya kader yang kurang aktif dan disiplin dalam mengikuti perkuliahan. 3) Adapun Faktor pendukung berjalannya penanaman nilai-nilai ‘iffah di Rayon Abraham yakni keterlibatan aktif pengurus secara intensif dalam pemberian dorongan, nasehat, motivasi dan monitoring. Di lain sisi terdapat faktor penghambat yang dibagi kedalam Faktor internal yaitu kendala dari program kerja yang cukup padat sehingga mengganggu konsentrasi perkuliahan para kader serta Faktor eksternal yaitu pengaruh teman yang bukan warga rayon abraham dan tantangan kemajuan zaman.
